"should be" easy data frame manipulation

I have a data.frame with the following:

ID 	Species 	Count
1	A 		3
1 	B 		2
1	E		12
2	A		13
2	C		5
2	F		4
3	B		5
3	D		3

I need it in this format:

ID	A	B	C	D	E	F
1	3	2	0	0	12	0
2	13	0	5	0	0	4	
3	0	5	0	3	0	0


Any ideas?
