Packages for R 1.2.0 for Windows

I'm using the multiv package on R1.1, and it looks like it's not available for 1.2.0 on windows. Is it an omission or is the package no longer maintained?
It is deliberate. multiv fails R CMD check (and has for a long time), so I have no way of knowing if the port works correctly. You can always compile it yourself if you want to take the risk. Since it has not been changed for 18 months, I assume it is not being maintained.
