Hi R users,
I just had a look on Michael's RODBC package (without really testing it),
this implemenation offers the ODBC-functionality to R and looks quite
good.
Still there is a lack (both in RODBC and RmSQL) of a simple interface for
non database programmers. Maybe we could have a discussion about how a
"high level database interface" should be designed. Has anybody "real
world needs" and examples for database access with R?
