Cluster analysis question
Dan, I don't use the flexclust package, but if I understand your question correctly, you can use your own distance measure to calculate a dissimilarity matrix and pass that to, e.g., agnes() in the cluster package. Stephen

Hello All,
I have data where each feature data point is a vector, and my distance
measurement is a weighted dot product between vectors.
I would like to use R to perform a cluster analysis on this data. Does
one of the R cluster analysis routines provide for a user provided
distance function?
