in your R session, enter the commands

   license()
   RShowDoc("COPYING")

   "R is free software and comes with ABSOLUTELY NO WARRANTY.
    You are welcome to redistribute it under certain conditions."

Those imply no restriction on charging a fee for presenting courses in R.
