For me it works after setting it up correctly (i.e. filling out the Rd
files, editing DESCRIPTION, etc.). See the Writing R extensions manual
for details.
So again: It's a great idea to tell us
a) what was not working, including any error message,
b) the version of R you are using,
c) the OS you are working with.
Please, be more specific!
