plot(C1,type="l")
In the plot, there is a straight line between time=0.5 and time=8, If I do not want the straight line, what should I do? Thanks for any help!!
This happens because 'plot' is based on plotting the entire series of points which you give it, whereas your data (on the basis of the 'time' variable) consists of 2 series. So the solution is to plit it: plot(C1[(1:8),],type="l",col="green") lines(C1[(9:16),],col="blue") (where I've added the "col" option to illustrate how to identify the two series by colour).
