Is any multiple regression-like test with correction for
autocorrelation ?

If I understand your question, yes. Take a look at the spdep package for starters. Also you may find the following references helpful.

Also the book by Bivand et al. 2008. (Applied Spatial Data Analysis with R. from Springer) is very good.
