Hi,
I uninstalled my R's 1071, and installed R1081. But now, it appears that
I cannot read in files using the same commands that I used previously.
The command I type is
m<-read.csv("E:/T6.25.8.02.StdDates.csv", header=TRUE,
sep=",",quote="\"",dec=".",fill=TRUE)
The error gives me is
Error in file(file, "r") : unable to open connection
