Asymmetric CIs

I thought of both the epicalc and epitools package, but I am hoping to find something where you can just plug in a standard error and point estimate and it will output the upper and lower CI bounds. If you want asymmetric CLs (a good idea) you can't base them on standard errors. See the binconf function in the Hmisc package for some solutions. Frank
