Combinations with two part column

Try write.table:

write.table(comb8.5[,1:5], sep = ",", row.names = FALSE, col.names = FALSE)
write.table(comb8.5[,6:8], sep = ",", row.names = FALSE, col.names = FALSE)

this below like:
    6,    7,    8
