eigen-decomposition of symmetric BCCB matrices

Hi,

Can anyone please point to how to decompose BCCB
(Block-Circulant-Circulant-Block) matrices? I am interested in the derivations:
I do know that this can be numerically done using 2-dimensional FFTs.
