dataframes (The message that once had a suspicious header)

Hi

I want to combine 2 dataframes (t1 and t2) in order to get a third one
(t3). The dataframes are below.

In SQL I would do something like:

SELECT t1.f1,t1.f2,t1.f3,t2.f4 FROM t1, t2
WHERE t1.f1=t2.f1 AND t1.f2=t2.f2

How can I do it with R ?
