No; I mean bivariate counts...there's some GAUSS code at http://www.gsu.edu/~ecosgg/gbicount.html and some SAS code from the Econometrics Journal (Munkin and Trivedi 1999 2:29-48), and rather than recoding I was wondering whether there's some R code already out there... Best Simon
