Multiresponse parameter estimation

I don't think multiresponse parameter estimation in that sense has been
implemented in R.  It could be added to the nls function but that
would require some rather sophisticated programming and I don't have
time to do that right now.  I could advise someone who wanted to try.

There is an odesolve package that you may want to consider for solving
the ODE's.
