Plot data inside matrix

Doubtful that is is a matrix. In R matrices are all of the same type of object. This looks more like a zoo object since it has a time index. How was it created and what does str() show?

So, what do you want: a dotplot, a barchart , a time-series .... or what?
How can I do this with few commands??
