Assign name to object for each iteration in a loop.

Thanks Michael! Yeah, that dealt with one of the problems.

I still get the following error message:

Error in cat(list(...), file, sep, fill, labels, append) : 
  argument 1 (type 'list') cannot be handled by 'cat'

I know that this has something to do with writing the names of the output
file, and returning them from the function....
