Looping through data error

The code I have written is

The error I get is Error: unexpected 'else' in:
" NUMBER_OF_SHARES[i] = 0
} else"
{NUMBER_OF_SHARES[i] = 100/is.na(CLOSE_SHARE_PRICE[i])}
}
