>From the main R page at http://www.r-project.org/, look in the left hand
navigation frame.

You will note "Search" listed under the R Project heading.

Click on that link and there will be a full site search and two mail
archive search links on the page.

I just noted that Chen Huashan's archive search on Baidao.net seems to
be down.  I get an error message of "The specified module could not be
found.".  I have cc'd him here for his notation.
