similarity test with R

I tried chisq.test, t-test, prop.test, etc, but the p-value is very high, which is not 'statistically significant'. With these data sets, I want to compare the similarity, which it is very close to identical if you plot them. I am wondering if there is any test that can verify the similarity of the two data sets. thx much
