R gui on windows how to force to always show the last line of output

My program in R makes measurements every 5 mins in indefinite loop and prints results in the console. The problem: last messages are not visible, The scrolling bar of the gui console gets shorter. I.e. you have to scroll for the last messages. Thanks if anybody knows the sol to this prob.
You may want to add flush.console() to the code.
