interaction(A, B) will create a single factor made up of the combinations of the two factors A and B. Perhaps that would let you use plotmeans. Hope this helps, Matt Wiener
So you think plotmeans(num~interaction(A,B)) will work? How? There is NO 'num' data for a.d, a.e, a.f etc.
