make check FAILS -> Error code 1...comparing d-p-q-r-tests.Rout
The problem is a known one and solved in R 2.1.1-patched. On your OS the result is not as accurate as most, but the tolerance set was too tight so the test failure is not something to worry about. Please install R-patched instead, as it has many bug fixes in place.
