newbie list

Hello, I think that in many cases, all a newbie (like myself) needs is some more examples of the use of various functions to make their workings clear. Of course, I wouldn't like to see the size of the documentation swell to unmanageable proportions, but perhaps the docs could contain links to a larger Web database or compendium of examples of the use of functions. There was such a site called StatsRus but I haven't been able to access it recently. Duncan
That'd be http://lark.cc.ukans.edu/~pauljohn/R/statsRus.html
