help uses only netscape?
well help.start( browser = "mozilla" ) started the browser, but I get the mozilla web page, not the R index.html page. Can I use help.start( browser="mozilla", page="$R_HOME/doc/index.html" )? Thanks, Jeff On Tue, 13 Nov 2001,

Mozilla also works also. However, I think Murray's question was what has become of the alphabetical function list? We get ~/.R/doc/html/index.html which seems to be the same as $R_HOME/doc/index.html which is not what it used to be. I think the browser part is working very well. It's just that they aren't directed to what we'd like them to. I'd be very interested to know how to get that list again.
