(1992 on my copy, although it was published in 1991 and received by me on
1991-11-28.  Is there a 1993 revision?)

In S-PLUS (they are part of the S tape on which S-PLUS 3.x was based, as
far as I know)?  If you had specific ones in mind we may be able tell you
about alternative sources: ethanol is at Jeff Simonoff's book's site, for
example, one or two are in packages rpart ....
