Bootstrap estimates and variance

Hi Tim,

I have a question and was wondering if you could help me solve it. I have a set of paired data, and have generated 50 bootstrap samples on this in R. However, I am struggling to find codes to find the corresponding estimates, and an estimate for the variance of theta-hat. Any help would be much appreciated.
