Memory
Did you look at help(Memory) as suggested? You can also look at section 7.1 of the R FAQ (http://cran.r-project.org/doc/FAQ/R-FAQ.html). For more detail on how to set memory command-line options under R for Windows, read the last two paragraphs of section 2.2 of Brian Ripley's "R for Windows" FAQ (http://www.stats.ox.ac.uk/pub/R/rw-FAQ.html).
