Since noone but you knows what you are interested in - unlikely. You could try to set up your mailclient with rules, deleting mails coming from the list that do not contain certain keywords.

If you change your subscription options to daily digest ( at the page where you signed up), you can just read the top of the digest.

You might prefer to read list via the web or a news reader or an RSS feed, in which case http://dir.gmane.org/gmane.comp.lang.r.general might be helpful. Keith J
