Creating a Double Bar Graph With Provided DataSet

No solution since it is a school work exercise but some hints: First read the barplot help. Enter ?barplot to bring it up. I find it best to Then have a look at ?par specifically the mfcol, mfrow entry. Also just google for something like " R statistics barplot color / colour " and so on This should get you started.
