using gsarima package with R

Thanks a lot.
I am getting following errors on,

R CMD INSTALL gsarima_0.0-2.tar.gz (gsarima_0.0-2.tar.gz is in same directory where I am running R)

Error: unexpected symbol in "R CMD"


and

install.pacakges('gsarima',dep=TRUE,clean=TRUE)

Error: could not find function "install.pacakges"
