Hello everyone, I am a new R software user. I have been using the R package "com.braju.sma" in order to analyze microarray data. I have one question regarding analysis using this package. This type of analysis uses the expression ratio of red color/green color (R/G) and I was wondering if it was possible to switch this around so that the expression ratio was green color/red color (G/R). Any help that you could give me would be greatly appreciated, Thanks Jimmy
