Neural Network with Multiple Outputs

Hi! I want to use an artificial neural network of
type MLP (Multi Level Perception) as a kind of
generalized regression.  In this case there are several
binary outputs.  I have been using Matlab with
good results.  But has anybody found a good
package in R.
