Dear RHelpers,

Does anyone know of any R code to perform bivariate Poisson regression
(including random effects)?

Best wishes
Simon

glmmGibbs or glmmPQL in MASS?
(without random effects it's just glm(), unless I'm misunderstanding
what you mean: discrete independent count data with two continuous
covariates?)

No; I mean bivariate counts...there's some GAUSS code at
http://www.gsu.edu/~ecosgg/gbicount.html
and some SAS code from the Econometrics Journal (Munkin and Trivedi 1999
2:29-48), and rather than recoding I was wondering whether there's some R
code already out there...

Best
