Error loading ctest

Thanks. It works here too in the sense that the error in loading goes away
by trying to load it the second time. Then the tests are available.

Has anyone noticed this behavior:

library(ctest)

Error in dyn.load(x, as.logical(local), as.logical(now)) :
        unable to load shared library "J:
\STATS\RW1000/library/ctest/libs/ctest.dll":
  LoadLibrary failure

library(ctest)
version

It works here (WinNT)

The first time ctest fails to load and loads on the second try??
