Hello, 

I am working with the following data:

nb10 <- read.table("http://www.adjoint-functors.net/su/web/314/R/NB10")

I need to figure out how many data values are in this list.

Maybe, 

nrow(nb10) ?

You might want to read the introductory manual that comes with every R installation.
