In Rgui 2.1.1 patched, the fourth drop-down menu after "File", "Edit"
and "Misc" is "Packages". The last item on that menu is "Install
package(s) from local zip files...". Alternatively,
RSiteSearch("install from a local zip file") produced 172 hits, some of
which described other ways to do this.
