Thanks,
That fixed the problem. I guess this will be updated in the
       next release?
       Also,
for make.function.html(), I get the error Object "fun" not
       found.
       make.search.html() works without an error.

Well, it does say those functions are experimental. The problem
is that system.file has changed: the second arg needs to be
       named,
       as in system.file("TITLE", pkg = i)

       Same in make.function.html, make.search.html.

Sooner, as Guido say he will update shortly.

Apologies for the inconvenience: I did fix and test this once, but it seems
to have dropped out of the master set.

I have updated rw0640b.zip in a way which, at least for me,
solve all these problems. For the people who has already
dowloaded the file there is a small (1k) file (rw0640p.zip)
which must unzipped inside 'rw0640' (just to be sure:
   it must create .../rw0640/library/base/R/Rprofile).

Now the new files are on my ftp server
  (ftp://ftp.stat.unipd.it/users/guido/RWin). During the night,
they will be mirrored to Wien and, from there, to the other
  CRAM mirrors.
