Isn't it just an image? Hence you would include it like one usually includes images. Or do you mean something else?

Yes, it is an image, but it would be nice to have it in a vector-based format like EPS or SVG. Anyway, here are some versions (=different sizes): http://developer.r-project.org/Logo/ Gabor
