Yes.

Take a look at the mva package.  Methods like kmeans(), hclust()...etc are
available.

Yes, you can try these packages:
mva -> (base)
cclust -> (contrib)  Convex Clustering Methods and Clustering Indexes
clust -> (contrib)  Functions for clustering (by Rousseeuw et al.)
mclust -> (contrib)  Model-based cluster analysis
maptree -> (contrib) some useful functions
