When I tried the comand :
library(tensor)
and I got :

unable to load shared library
"D:/bin/cran/rw1022/library/tensor/libs/tensor.dll":
LoadLibrary failure: A dynamic link library (DLL) initialization
routine failed.
Error in library(tensor) : .First.lib failed
