Hello to all: I want to be able to create regular and 3D plots that are interactive with the mouse, so i can zoom in/out of a given zone, etc, as close as possible as what it is done with matlab. Are there any libraries written for R for that purpouse? I know there are wonderful static graphics libraries, but what about interactive ones under x-windows or any other environment? I am using R for mac os X 10.6. I recommend the 'rgl' package. It can draw 3d scatterplots, shapes, and surfaces. You can spin, and zoom in with the mouse.
