See 'mar' under ?par e.g., x <- y <- -100:100 z <- outer(x, y, function(x,y) sqrt(x^2 + y^2)) par(mar=c(0,0,0,0)) image(x,y,z) hth, Kingsford Jones

I am using several scripts that employ various packages to process images generated from multispectral data sets. I have used rimage and other packages to try to "plot" or "image" to place images in a window. I have not been able to find a way to suppress the margins that surround the image in the window. I would like to be able to have the image fill the window without any white-space . I would appreciate some suggestions about how this can be done.
