Has anyone else received an email saying that Insightful has acquired the S programming language? What do you think is the impact (if any) of this news on R? Partha
Insightful acquires "S" language

This is a very good news for R...chances are Insightful would copy more great features of R showing how good is R...just as they did for Bioconductor!
