Locate a warning

I am writing my own program in R through Mac os X terminal.
Here is my question, is there an easy way to find on which line 
warnings are created

I am getting the following warning:

Warning message:
number of items to replace is not a multiple of replacement length

You I just would be happy to find what cause it
