tree and rpart (=> prune.rpart)

In case prune.rpart did not get modified to add the "best=" parameter for
pruning to a fixed size, there is a prune.Rpart in contributed package
maptree with that feature.

rpart is a port of an S package, and is only useful to me (the porter) if
it remains almost exactly the same on the both systems.
