Package for multivariate binary logistic regression?

You'll have to help us a bit here. `McFadden' comes up in connection with conditional logistic regression, which package survival supports. Is that what you mean?

You can have a look at package VGAM (I think still not on CRAN) which has binom2.or, for instance. Kjetil Halvorsen
