Sweave problem after R update version

I have been having the same problem. It appears to be linked to setting the
working directory.

<<>>=
setwd("c:...")
@

Then the error arrives.

Any suggestions?

Is there a way to set the echo to be false as the code that was presented (by
the way it worked well) shows up in the document?
