R-0.63.2 is released -- jitter() isn't there really

This was a bit quick for me...
As Peter cited from the NEWS file, it says

    o   new function jitter()  [slightly wmore useful than S's].

However, jitter() didn't make it into the released sources, yet, 
unfortunately. 
Will be in the next release anyway..
