where to send bug report R/NLME crash

I have managed to cause a segmentation fault in R-1.2.1 by (probably
improperly) attempting to update an lme model (package NLME)-- the
problem does not occur if I fit the model "from scratch" (i.e. not
using "update()"). I have prepared a detailed bug report describing
this (which includes the output of gdb). Is "r-bugs" an appropriate
place to send this?

Many thanks!

Generally we encourage sending reports of bugs related to specific
packages to the maintainer of the package first. For the nlme package
that is me.
